After playing a key role in its drafting and design, he went on to assume full responsibility for the project, managing the day-to-day issues on site. Completed in December 2012 with a budget of €43 million, it is a complex urban development in the heart of the city that includes a public escalator system linking the lower level with the historic old town, a 1.000-seat auditorium, convention and exhibition halls, a restaurant, and parking for 600 vehicles.”
